Evergreen Systems was entrusted by ELCOT to handle complete inauguration of new bridges and roads of Highways and Minor Ports Department through Video Conferencing from the Secretariat on 19.06.2012. Evergreen was responsible for coordinating with BSNL and Tata Consultancy for Extending TNSWAN network connectivity up to Anna Salai thru 2 mbps Leased Network and was responsible for configuring Cisco Routers, Modems and Video conferencing System apart from providing Audio System, Video coverage, Video Display at the Function site. The same of set equipment also been provided at Press Room at Secretariat.
