Honble Chief Minister inaugurated the new RTO office in Villupuram, from Chennai through videoconferencing on 19.06.2012. Evergreen was responsible for coordinating with BSNL and Tata Consultancy for Extending TNSWAN network connectivity up to Palayamkottai thru 2 mbps Leased Network and was responsible for configuring Cisco Routers, Modems and Video conferencing System apart from providing Audio System, Video coverage, Video Display at the Function site. The same set equipment also been provided at Press Room at Secretariat.

Evergreen system has been entrusted to carry out Video conferencing facility connectivity for the Honorable Chief Minister of Tamilnadu for the following events.. *Honble Chief Minister inaugurated 16 new Sub Stations and 4 upgraded Sub Stations of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board through Video Conferencing

LED Clock for Tamilnadu Legislative Assembly, Secretariat

Evergreen Systems has been awarded a Contract to Supply and Commissioning of Synchronised LED Electronic Clocks to be installed in the Assembly Chamber & VIP's Chamber in Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Secretariat which includes. a) Hon’ble Chief Minister Chamber b) Assembly Hall – 4 nos c) Governor Portico d) Speaker Room- 2 nos e) Dy Speaker Room f) Assembly Secretary Room g) Vasantha Bhavan h) MLA – Men Lounge i) MLA – Women Lounge j) Hon’ble Chief Minister Rest room k) Member’s Committee room l) Chief Government Whip Room These Clocks has a Provision to Adjust Hour & Min on the Master Clock, Which would be synchronized with all other clocks installed. The Entire project has been executed in One Month Period which had tough Challenges in getting permission to carry out work as it very highly secured, laying the cable in the 15 Feet High False Ceiling and finding a route to run the LAN cable to all the Room and executing the job within the Timeline of 30 days...

Honb'le Prime Minister Manmohan Singh inaugurated the Madanjeet Singh Institute of Southeast Asian Regional Cooperation (UMISARC) at Pondicherry University. The Inauguration event had been webcasted on 29th June 4.30 pm onwards. The Live webcast had been entrusted to M/s. Evergreen systems and responsible for testing prior to the event with Live Audio / video Feed and to provide high performance Web Casting Server in US and provide required AV Encoder to convert analog Audio / Video feed into Digital Signal and upload the content to webcasting Server through 4 mbps Leased internet and design the webcasting web page and provide coding for the linking webpage into the Pondicherry University Website. The Event went on Successfully with 3678 hits for the live webcast across the World.
